WES-TECH AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS – SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK - BUFFALO GROVE, IL

What will you be responsible for?

• Assure that the parts are shipped, received, and distributed to ensure that manufacturing flows smoothly
• Unload materials and place them in the holding area
• Organize and stock parts needed for building systems correctly and efficiently
• Maintain inventories and movement of parts to achieve maximum productivity
• Establish healthy relationships with internal customers
• Check parts upon arrival and register the parts to the stock records

What are the requirements for this position?

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• 1 year of shipping & receiving experience
• Forklift certified
• Able to complete basic math calculations
• High computer literacy and prior experience with IMS systems
• Lift up to 40 lbs. as needed without assistance, and able to stand for most of the shift, see/hear sounds, twist, bend, and squat, as well as manipulate objects with hand(s)

Hourly rate will be based upon experience
