Job Title: Quality Engineer

As an Quality Engineer at Agrisolutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong Engineering team pushing towards continued innovation in agricultural manufacturing.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and lead training for QA systems, as well as guide team members with product reviewed QA activities
• Main contact for local and national OEM customer base.
• Preform first article inspections as required
• Accountable to leadership, decision-making, and oversight of quality systems – including CAPA
• Works with and influences key stakeholders in developing and maintaining QA procedures, form, and systems.
• Maintain databases and record storage for QA systems.
• Process QA requests (PPAP, ISIR,CPK, RMA, NC investigation), ensuring owners are assigned and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals and product standards
• Generate, review, and revise process documentation relevant to the manufacturing process or other applicable processes.
• Work with vendors and customers to ensure adherence to internal quality policy.
• Reading, interpreting, and creating engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in measurement tools and techniques, as well as knowledge of statistics and use in quality fields.
• ISO 9001 internal and external audit ownership for site location.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 4-year Degree in Engineering
• 1-2 years quality engineering experience
• ISO Auditor Certification
