The Plant Manager leads Operations & Supply Chain processes for an assigned site, working within the operations team to bring best practices and continuity to our customer base. Ensures capacity and operational capability (people, process, and technology) are deployed in support of site strategic objectives. Provides leadership and is accountable for the achievement of plant performance objectives. Fosters an environment of trust, teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety.
Significant activities include maintaining manufacturing systems, lean manufacturing, and sustainable quality efforts, resulting in superior on-time delivery all designed to maintain each of the key customers.
