Benson Medical is looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to work in the Eden Prairie, MN office

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• Responsible for SEO/SEM marketing including marketing analytics.
• Responsible for Social Medial Marketing.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing projects to meet organizational objectives.
• Oversees various branding, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and coordinating the company’s presence at domestic and international trade shows and conventions.
• Assist in planning and coordinating annual distributor meetings.
• Manage all trade show logistics, including timelines, sign up, billing, rentals, labor shipping, set up, booth company, trade associations and convention management.
• Research, recommend and execute techniques to improve direct marketing reach through product and education initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships for marketing channels.
• Assist in negotiating project rates and placement.
• Closely monitor proper brand standards and messaging.
• Work with the Occupational Health team to develop sales and presentation tools, product brochures and datasheets, press releases, direct mail, ads, etc.
• Assist in creative, content, editing and proofing for all media.
• Inventory control on all promotional and literature media, including ordering and replenishment.
• Maintain and track customer database.
• Write, edit, proofread various on-going marketing related content.
• Manage internal announcements including bi-monthly newsletter.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years Marketing experience preferable in the medical device or manufacturing environment.
• Experience and proven skills in the following computer systems: Microsoft Office, SEO, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Media.net, Salesforce, Lead Generation and E-mail marketing. (Square Space and HubSpot would be a plus but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work independently and in teams, and be flexible within a fast paced and changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make presentations.
