Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and execution of strategies, plans, and tactics of Human Resources and Safety at all locations. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to Recruitment, Employee Development, and Employee Relations along with Compensation and Employee Benefits.
Duties:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field. Graduate training in a related field is a plus.
Experience: 10 years; 5 of which should be in a senior management capacity.
