Viking Cues is growing! We are adding an Assembly Technician to our team.

The Assembly Technician is a full-time role. This position will work onsite at the Middleton, WI, facility. The Assembly Technician will focus on the quality manufacturing of company products. This includes production, quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and inventory management. Priority is placed on overall quality, safety, accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities

  • Assembly of company products per production specifications and customer needs.
  • Specialize and focus on company carbon fiber shaft assembly. This includes shaft weighting, tapering, and tipping.
  • Operate lathes, milling equipment, and hand tools.
  • Work to ensure on-time delivery of products per the production schedule and customer orders.
  • Follow assembly instructions and drawings.
  • Stay current on assembly changes and custom product needs.
  • Keep assembly area organized for quality, efficiency and safety reasons.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members.
  • Maintenance of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure operational safety and building security. 
  • Ensure product quality. 

Assembly Technician Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to give full attention to detail.
  • Ability to listen, learn, and accept instruction.
  • Demonstrated timeliness and efficiency in efforts.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
