e3 Diagnostics is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work in the Arlington Heights, IL office!

Responsibilities
- Receiving vendor invoices and enter them into accounting system.
- Perform 3-way match when processing invoices.
- Perform Check runs / ACH Payments to customers.
- Processing of Expense reports in our accounting system.
- Review of Aged Accounts Payable report with vendor statements ensuring timely payments
- Demonstrate Demant Values: We create trust | We are team players | We create innovative solutions | We apply a can-do-attitude
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Previous Accounts Payable Experience preferred, not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Accounting principles preferred
