Property Managers- Great Part Time Income! Up to $21 per hour

A few requirements:
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and helpful relationships with tenants.
- Organize and track tenant logs, maintenance needs and more.
- Source contractors and materials at competitive prices for repairs/upgrades.
- Create and host open house events and property showings.
- Advertise and market to potential new tenants.
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Rental Software and more.
- Work extended hours during peak turnover season.
