Mploy Inc is Hiring a Project Manager Near Atlanta, GA

About The Job

We are looking to hire a Project Management team member who will be the main point of contact for facilitating project needs, requirements, deadlines, and correspondence both internally and externally. This person will coordinate with multiple teams (clients, vendors, and agency teams) to ensure the successful delivery of numerous projects, i.e. on time, within the scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the appropriate team members on project scope, costs, and the brief
  • Work with both Account Management and Resource Management to ensure proper project staffing
  • Develop timelines and communicate deadlines for all projects
  • Ensure that the team has the information and resources they need to be successful
  • Ensure those project requirements are clearly understood by all involved
  • Schedule and attend all project meetings
  • Manage internal iterations of the deliverable prior to a client presentation
  • Send work for review and approval to clients -- may vary based on the type of project and client involvement
  • Report and escalate serious matters to senior management, as needed
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
  • Ensure quality by making sure QA, proofreading, and reviews are done in a timely fashion
  • Ensure proper project close-out, including archiving of files so they can be easily accessed when needed in the future 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in project management or account management at an agency
  • Ability to remain flexible and solutions-oriented when resourcing needs change
  • Positive attitude and effective communicator when moving projects along
  • Team-oriented and natural-born leader
  • Agency experience required 
  • Strong written and oral communication aptitude
  • ​Thrives in a structured process but understands the need for flexibility
  • ​Enjoys​ a fast-paced environment
  • Deadline-oriented 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
