Consultant The firm is looking for a high-energy, results oriented Vendor Management Analyst to assist with the Vendor Management onboarding platform and process. The Vendor Management Analyst will be involved in the day-to-day management of the Procure-to-Pay process, requiring the skills necessary to manage supplier payment setup, tax form validation, and reporting. Additionally, the Vendor Management Analyst may be required to facilitate the assessment of risk through the Vendor Management due diligence process. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent attention to detail with dedication to accuracy, quality, and integrity Understanding of the procurement processes Ability to identify areas for process improvement Familiarity with ERP such as Oracle Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Exposure to Tableau Principal Responsibilities Responsible for creating and updating suppliers in our ERP system globally Knowledge and understanding of country specific requirements in order to ensure payment can be processed Support of operational requirements for changes within Oracle Collection and tracking of tax documentation Work closely with US, UK and Asia Accounts Payable teams to identify and resolve payment related issues Responsible for conducting callbacks for new vendors & coordinating with our international teams to assist when needed Running various reports related to supplier data, vendor requests, risk partner review statuses, etc. Conducting quarterly spend analysis Updating vendor database & requesting applicable document for vendor name changes Working with risk partners to conduct basic vendor reviews Communicating with the internal business partners on the due diligence process Provide training to internal business partners to use vendor onboarding platform Qualifications/Skills Required Bachelor's Degree (business related) and 1 years of procurement or related experience Prior experience in procurement and/or Accounts Payable is preferable Advancing the internal client relationship with the ability to facilitate and accelerate the business relationship based upon an understanding of the internal client Ability to actively listen and engage in conversation with clients to uncover relevant information, resources and solutions Knowledge of MS Excel Experience with Tableau is a plus
