MP RPO is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager Near Raleigh, NC

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Remote in Raleigh, NC area (should be located within a drivable distance to Raleigh for client meetings)
Approximate Salary Range: $90,000-$95,000

Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and lead a high-performing client-focused Talent Acquisition program for our client's Customer Care organization. You will work closely to understand internal and external client requirements, promote the Talent Acquisition team, and implement strategies to achieve hiring goals and objectives. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial spirit, lots of ideas and a positive attitude. Candidates local to Raleigh, NC preferred for monthly in person meetings.

What You Will Do

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external clients, account leadership, and stakeholders
  • Serve as talent acquisition advisor and operational expert to strengthen and expand talent acquisition opportunities

​​​​​​​Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Ability to understand technical and business skills required to effectively qualify candidates submitted to hiring manager and clients
  • Build and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to provide insight into team efficiency and manage expectations

Leadership

  • Foster a strong team culture, set clear expectations and create a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with other groups and management teams
  • Build, inspire, and motivate a high performing talent acquisition team and successfully manage team members in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
  • Develop and implement a retention plan for specific programs

What You Bring

  • Experience in talent acquisition, especially technical and customer services roles
  • Previous experience leading full cycle recruiters in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Client relationship management/Account management experience
  • Experience leading a team, as well as establishing and managing to targets
  • Knowledge of various sourcing processes and channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Experience developing workforce delivery plans
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, a plus
  • ​​​​​​​Superior coaching and communication skills to lead direct reports and engage peers
