Essential Skills:

Life Coach must be able to successfully relate, teach and further develop skills with the people served, engage positively with members of their Teams and their families, and to respect and implement the NuPath Mission and Core Values. The person in this position must be able to verbally communicate in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times, read and write and speak English, monitor the safety of all individuals and verbally present updates on individual status. Must adhere to all NuPath policy and procedures. Must have a valid MA or NH Driver's license.

Minimum Requirements:

1-2 years experience related to the position.
