THE ROLE

Want to help drive explosive growth? Love being the key lead on client relationships? Enjoy juggling 3-4 of the hottest brands programs all at once? We’re looking for an experienced account manager who excels at internal and client relationships, and truly knows how to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing and is connected and fluent in trends, and knowledgeable about the nuances across social platforms as it relates to brand campaigns. 

You’ll be helping to manage a big influx of new clients & projects and be a key leader to ensure all of our clients needs are understood and met. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow the company by successfully managing client relationships, and ensuring success of clients needs.You'll be working directly with our clients through all phases, from pitching through producing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to develop long-term partnerships; retention, organic and net new growth are all part of the role
  • Project manage our internal team and external partners, while acting as the brand champion to help define the vision, goals and brand positioning. Keep everything moving smoothly and proactively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience at creative agencies managing social media campaigns
  • OR 3-5 years of marketing experience at large consumer brands managing social media campaigns
  • Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
  • Proactive
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, a drive to succeed
  • Excellent communicator, skilled writer, extremely organized, professional demeanor
  • Ability to contribute in both a strategic and tactical capacity
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and team members
