Job Summary: The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the successful management of Human Resources at MAG.
Compensation: Grade 16, the range for which is between $53,626 and $82,671 per year depending on experience, education, and certification. Salary will depend on experience and qualifications. Includes a full benefits package of health and dental insurance, Utah State Retirement, long-term disability, paid holidays, sick and annual time accrual, 401k contributions, and more!
FLSA: Exempt.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. MAG office hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6 pm.
Reports to: The Human Resource Manager reports to the Deputy Executive Director

Physical Requirements: This position requires sitting at a desk or in meetings for extended periods of time, regularly walk and stand, occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., ability to project a voice for public speaking, attendance at night meetings and irregular working hours, and occasional exposure to high-stress environments. Regularly drives a motor vehicle within Utah, Wasatch, and Summit counties.

Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) is an association of governments focused on Informed Aging, Community Development, and Planning for Growth in Utah, Wasatch, and Summit County. MAG provides education, resources and services that empower aging adults and families to thrive at home and in our communities. Our focus on Informed Aging allows us to link older adults with much needed help through services provided by MAG or through referral to sister agencies. Noteworthy services that MAG provides directly include Meals on Wheels, case management services, Medicare counseling, caregiver... education and support groups, as well as the HEAT energy assistance and Weatherization programs, just to name a few.
