Job Summary: The Case Manager supervisor provides supervision to social work case managers working with adults in home and community-based settings according to County, State, and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures. The Case Manager Supervisor also carries a caseload.
Compensation: Grade 20, $66,458.00 - $102,454.00 per year. Pay will be commensurate with education and experience. Pay will be by direct deposit. FLSA: Exempt
Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Thursday schedule. Regular office hours are 7:30 am to 6 pm.

The Case Manager Supervisor oversees a team of Case Managers working with aging adults in the MAG region. The case management team is comprised of four, full time SSW case managers and two registered nurses who will report directly to the Case Manager Supervisor.

Physical Requirements: The Case Manager Supervisor may be exposed to illnesses or other hazards in client homes. This position requires sitting at a desk or in meetings for extended periods of time, intermittent standing and walking, must occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., ability to write detailed reports, regularly drive a motor vehicle within the service area and potential exposure to illnesses and to high-stress environments and situations.
