We provide hands-on training; no experience is necessary! We are seeking new entry-level Marketing Representatives with experience within the sales and customer service industry.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Drives sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Assist with marketing and promoting products and services
- Ensure the company meets all customers’ needs to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communications with a demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with customers at all levels, partners, and colleagues.
- Must be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and in a team
- Highschool Diploma or GED required
