POSITION SUMMARY:

We're seeking a skilled autobody repair technician who can diagnose and repair all body and frame components and has experience removing, repairing, and replacing parts.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Seeking an experienced autobody repair technician with 3-4 years of experience.
• Proficient in the use of a range of tools and equipment, including pneumatic riveters, sanders, grinders, hydraulic pullers, pressure painting equipment, standard fastener equipment, oxygen/acetylene welding, ARC, MIG, and T.G. welding equipment, as well as body filler material and fiberglass.
• Requires own collection of small hand tools and body repair tools required to perform the job to the highest possible standard.
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision, using experience and knowledge to diagnose and repair any issue encountered.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Diagnose and repair body and frame components, including welded and riveted parts.
• Remove, repair, and replace various parts, including lights, doors, windows, and upholstery, with a keen attention to detail.
• Utilize welding and metal preparation expertise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in frame straightening techniques to ensure structural integrity and safety of vehicles.
• Provide accurate repair time estimates and have excellent communication skills to keep the team informed about the status of your vehicle repairs.
