Motivate is looking for an Inventory Specialist to manage the inventory of bike parts for Boston’s bikeshare operations. About the Role Conducts counts of inventory and creates monthly inventory reports and records Ensures deliveries are appropriately received, recorded, stored, and properly distributed Develops and implements improvements to operational procedures to maximize efficiencies Coordinates and communicates with the supply chain and management teams Coordinates and ships inventory to other bike share systems upon request About You You demonstrate initiative, are highly organized, process-oriented, and a natural problem-solver You work well in a team environment and communicate effectively, both in writing and words You have previous inventory control or related experience in a warehouse-based operation You thrive in a warehouse environment; experience operating a forklift preferred You can lift to 75 pounds; stoop, bend, kneel, or stand for extended periods About Motivate LLC We are the premier micromobility service operations and infrastructure experts, delivering bikeshare operations management services to many of the nation’s largest cities.
