Motivate LLC is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to support our best-in-class bike share services across multiple markets. As the Fleet Manager, you will work with the operations teams to create aligned processes around fleet management, procurement, and maintenance. About the Role • Establish policies and procedures related to best practices of effective fleet management • Maintain compliance with local and corporate and DOT requirements, safety protocol training, and reporting • Complete data analysis and reporting of fleet expenses and optimization of fleet operations • Coordinate all requests for new vehicle acquisition, manage rental and lease vehicle inventory across a nationwide fleet • Establish and implement maintenance procedures for auto fleet, managing third party vendors for vehicle fuel, maintenance, and telematics • Coordinate vehicle repairs with auto repair facilities, collaborating on the investigation of claims About You • You have a bachelor's degree with a major in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred); a high school diploma/GED or associate’s degree with relevant comparable work experience will be considered • Significant years of previous experience as a fleet manager with demonstrated success, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry, with a broad understanding and knowledge of fleet maintenance policies, DOT and OSHA standards, and industry best practices • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and communicate conclusions, with technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, database software, reporting • Self-starter with a demonstrated sense of ownership, high degree of initiative, and an ability to drive change throughout an organization • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to problem solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively to achieve results Work Perks • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans • Life, accidental death, and long-term disability insurance • Paid time off and sick time • Paid parental leave • 401K retirement plan • Free annual bike share membership • Opportunities for growth About Motivate Motivate LLC is a best-in-class service operations and logistics company, delivering bike share services to some of the largest urban environments in the US.
