POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT

Moss’ Corporate Recruiter will work with management to identify current and future hiring needs. Having strong social and leadership skills, experience in negotiating, and excellent organizational abilities is what gives a holistic perspective to this workload. Our ideal Recruiter develops creative strategies to find top talent while handling several requisitions that support departments in-office and on-field.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a recruiting strategy by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
  • Lead and analyze workforce planning by administrating the resource planning module
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for all positions and effectively utilize the applicant tracking system (JazzHR)
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
  • Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
  • Review resumes and conducts initial phone screens with qualified applicants
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
  • Select qualified candidates and effectively make recommendations to management
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new practices
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s in human resources or related field (preferred)
  • 2-3 years previous experience in recruiting required
  • Experience recruiting in the Construction Industry is a plus
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism regarding personnel information and sensitive subjects
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time, prioritize work effectively, and remain productive amid frequent interruptions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and phone etiquette
  • Proficient with social media platforms and career sites
  • Ability to deal effectively with confidential information
  • Demonstrates detailed knowledge of company goals and missions
  • Possesses strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Capable of establishing and nurturing longstanding relationships with industry professionals
  • MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat proficiency required
