MOSAIC is seeking a Software Engineer to support a contract in the San Antonio, TX area.

Position Overview:

Using your experience and expertise, you will work closely with AF developers and engineers on a regular basis to design, develop, maintain, test, and evaluate software changes to ensure mission essential functionalities are sustained. This will include: 

• Develops information systems by designing, developing, and installing software solutions
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Investigates problem areas
• Follows the software development lifecycle
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing developments and issues
• Provide support to developmental operations (DevOps), as needed
• Support reporting requirements to include: briefings, trip reports, software scripts and codes, and meeting minutes.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience with knowledge management databases including Oracle, SharePoint, and Confluence
• IAT Level II Certification
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required
