We are currently seeking a Staff Accountant, reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance. The Staff Accountant position is an integral part in preparing financial reports for management, as well as our investors.

The Staff Accountantwill be responsible for:

• Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
• Preparing journal entries, analysis, and assisting with monthly close processes
• Maintaining fixed asset schedules for 20 locations
• Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
• Managing accounts payable
• Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
• Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
• Maintenance of company credit card program including review and recording of expense reports
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP
• Assisting other team members and clinic leaders, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 3 years of accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
