We are seeking energetic, SUPER STAR, Surgical Assistants to join our amazing team at Dr. Nakatani's
Our surgical assistants are responsible for assisting doctors in the scheduling, educating, preparation, execution and follow up for patients receiving treatment in the practice. The surgical assistant helps to provide an excellent experience for the patient and helps to drive efficiency and productivity throughout the practice. The surgical assistant also helps to ensure a safe and sterile environment in which to perform treatment.

Position is FT - Days- TUES- FRI
Successful candidates should have at least 1-2 years of solid surgical experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or vocational certification preferred
• RDA/OS experience required
• WinOms software experience a plus
• Have an excellent understanding of oral surgery procedures and exceptional hand-eye coordination.
• Sound knowledge of how to use surgical equipment, instruments, and materials.
• A good understanding of surgical techniques, chairside responsibilities, and health and safety protocols.
• An excellent understanding of dental records, charts, and documentation
• Highly organized and attentive to patients' needs
• Ability to handle stress in a professional and mature method
• Ability to complete training in three months
• Ability to interact with various types of personality internally and externally
• Attention to detail
