Our friendly, patient focused clinic in Mill Creek, WA is looking for a Super Star Front Office Coordinator to join their team!
If you are highly organized and love working with people - We are waiting to hear from YOU!

The Front Desk Scheduler is responsible for greeting patients, making/canceling/rescheduling appointments, answering patient questions, entering, and reviewing information in the electronic scheduling and records system, and assist with facilitating patient requests for access and information.

working a rotating schedule- Two five day weeks and one week off

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required; Associates preferred; Minimum six months related work experience required; Dental office experience preferred. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
