Mortgage Connect is Hiring a Remote Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the National Marketing Director and Sales Team with day-to-day execution of marketing and sales initiatives. The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to support graphic design requests and branding initiatives for all divisions of Mortgage Connect. Additional responsibilities include collateral/asset design and production, website management, social media initiatives, and other Marketing and Sales initiatives as required. The Marketing Coordinator should have a creative and strategic mindset, be a self-starter and able to work independently with little oversight, as well as possess strong communication and time management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support graphic design needs for all divisions of Mortgage Connect
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines
  • Manage social media accounts and calendar
  • Responsible for collateral and asset creation and management, updating when necessary
  • Assist with ordering and production of materials for events and campaigns
  • Manage website content and design with direction from National Marketing Director
  • Complete any additional tasks and assignments as requested

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree (Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience with graphic design and brand management
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products – InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher
  • Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills; strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proven ability to develop working relationships at multiple levels of the organization
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build consensus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) or other documentation/presentation tools.
  • Ability to handle change and ambiguity
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to be self-directed and motivated
