Morrison Industries is a leading manufacturer of a wide range of products from returnable packaging for the automotive industry to storage systems for sheet metal. Our Lebanon, TN facility is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. 

As part of your role, you will:

• Maintain regular communication with other departments in other locations
• Confirm the company's shipments are invoiced accurately and timely
• Manage multiple different platforms for customer invoicing
• Establish regular communication with customer to help research and resolve unpaid invoices
• Support accounting department as required, month end procedures, ad hoc accounting projects and a variety of other duties

What we're looking for:

• Good written and verbal skills
• Strong computer skills including Quickbooks Online/Desktop
• Precise data entry skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• 2 years of experience in accounting
• Exposure to accounting in a manufacturing environment would be an asset although training is provided
