How would you like to be our Purchasing Coordinator?

Your Role

As the Purchasing Coordinator:

  • You’ll order parts, equipment, and stock. Our customers count on us to get their heating, cooling, and plumbing problems fixed as quickly as possible. We couldn’t do it without your help! After all, you’ll make sure we have all the parts we need to keep taking care of families across the Carolinas.
  • You’ll order tools. What good are the parts if our techs and plumbers can’t install them? It’s important that they have all the tools they need to get jobs done safely.
  • You’ll shop around and negotiate for fair prices. You know how to save money, and we could use your skills!

You’ll work with closely with the warehouse and accounting departments

  • This is an in-office position M-F 8am-5pm
  • You’ll be working within a small, close-knit team!

  • You will make $40,000-$46,000 
  • You will receive 3 weeks PTO (prorated based on start date)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for Purchasing/Warranty Coordinator:

  • At least (1) year of purchasing experience and/or related education
  • Must be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and sometime stressful environment
  • Must have experience in computer data entry within databases, spreadsheets, and have the ability to enter data in “real time” quickly and accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully and diplomatically diffuse contentious situations
  • Ability to recognize and establish priorities
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation and provide an effective solution
  • High performance team player with a commitment to company values
  • Ability to maintain safe work practices and adhere to company safety standards
  • Ability to fluently speak, write, and read English language
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Be able to be on your feet, occasionally, all day and lift up to 50 pounds – TOOL DAY
