MORPHGROUP is Hiring a Senior Operations Manager Near St. Inigoes, MD
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.
- 8 years of Direct Experience working as a General Manager or Operations Manager with the coordinated Master’s Degree detailed below
- All of the required experience shall be with DoD and/or IC communication systems and networks
- Demonstrated experience working the design, development, integration, testing, and fielding of systems
- Experience in supervision in all areas of program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management
- Master’s Degree in any of the following: Business or business discipline; Engineering or engineering discipline; Computer science or IT discipline
- OR
- In Lieu of a Masters Degree, 12 total years’ of experience working as a General Manager or Operations Manager is required WITH a Bachelor’s Degree
- TOP SECRET/SCI - CURRENT/ACTIVE (SCI – Eligible)
- Must be a US Citizen.
