Morningstar Living is currently hiring a Sous Chef for our five-star senior living community in Nazareth, PA. This position is full time with benefits including every other weekend off, health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

What will I do in this role?

• Maintains positive customer relations.
• Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.
• Provides oversight for the Residential Living Restaurant, maintaining daily checklists and proper closing guidelines.

What do I need in this role?

• Minimum of Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or minimum of five years of cooking experience in a related field.
• Two years or more of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate dependability.
