We are an Adult Day Health Care center located in Inglewood, CA. We are looking for an LVN to join our team. We have both part-time and full-time roles available and our work week is Monday-Friday.

Job Duties:

• Assess each participant to determine needs for personal care and assistance in activities of daily living to be included in participant’s care plans.

• Administer medication to participants.

• Take vitals and check blood sugar.

• Provide special care to participants for medical treatments and other personal care.

• Update participant's charts after providing skilled nursing care.

• Maintain standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety

• May call families (caregivers) regarding any change in participant’s status.

• Practice safe operating procedures and observes all safety regulations.

• Participate in meetings and training sessions with staff as needed.

• Perform other tasks as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be currently licensed in the State of California by the Board Vocational Nursing.
• New Grads are absolutely welcome!

• Must have current certification in CPR and first aid training.

• Good clinical and communication skills and the ability to work as a team member.
