Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is Hiring a Service Delivery Manager Near Orlando, FL

Summary

To support our vision in driving technological advances, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager that will oversee a range of functions to facilitate the delivery of superior services to the end-users. The Service Delivery Manager will ensure service support processes are on track to consistently deliver high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner. In this role, you will be expected to identify customer needs by maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders and end users. This position embraces both administrative and technical tasks. It is best suited for skilled and hard-working individuals that are passionate about delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions who possess superb leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager will meet end-user demands, solve customer problems, and drive client satisfaction. The responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager are varied and include, but not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage desktop support, IT services desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service
  • Maintain high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
  • Ownership of critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
  • Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
  • Accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
  • Analyze third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization
  • Recommend methods of improvement and see that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
  • Lead personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring
  • Build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments
  • Supervise desktop management teams to facilitate continual improvements in the desktop environment
  • Collaborate with technical design teams to set standards for software, hardware, and security
  • Enable high-level performance benchmarks for access devices, such as PCs, laptops, and mobiles
  • Provide technology support for corporate conferencing and ensuring the ready availability of meeting room resources, such as presentation software and audiovisual systems
  • Educate departmental staff on the effective use of conference room technology

Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred
  • Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams (on-shore/off-shore)
  • Experience navigating third party-provided services
  • Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale, and fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite, ServiceNow and ServiceNow Reporting.
  • Salesforce knowledge and an understanding of Virtualized environments (VMWare Horizon)
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
  • Mastery of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles
  • Expertise in people management and leadership
  • Strong resource planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Capacity to train and guide junior team members
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Eagerness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication accompanied by exceptional customer-facing skills
