Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is Hiring a Local Operations Manager Near Boston, MA

Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to drive insights that improve business results and client experience. The Operations Manager will report to the Regional General Manager and work closely and collaboratively with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to understand and improve business operations and processes across the departments. 

Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business need within the practice, including managing the P&L, helping set the strategic direction and expansion of the practice. The goal is to ensure that all business operations are at peak performance and to provide the best value and experience for our clients and business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a true partner with the managing partner lawyers for the department, as well as your peers and fellow associates to carry out the firm’s vision and future growth.
  • Effectively plan to provide a framework for the development of the business, including business goals, marketing, service, product, customer satisfaction, and team management and development
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance relative to budget goals and objectives
  • Maintain a clear understanding of business needs
  • Guarantee the team is fully equipped to achieve their targets by ensuring they have necessary vision, training, technology, and support
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices and procedures meet compliance requirements across operations 
  • Report and communicate department goals to appropriate stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, business intelligence, data science, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting and leading operations initiatives alongside business leaders.
