Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of clients to determine an appropriate treatment plan based on their needs
- Provide therapy to a varied caseload ranging from early intervention to high school
- Work collaboratively with other professionals on the child's team
- Make modifications to treatment plans based on new information collected through evaluations.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Be an excellent communicator; we value open, transparent communication with our clients and their families
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Develop sessions that are fun, creative and focused on building relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
