You will responsible for implementing automation to support growth and deliver measureable process improvements to the Morgan Advanced Materials Seals and Bearings global business unit. Leading cross-functional teams and working with external automation suppliers, the individual will work very closely with our site-based engineering & manufacturing groups to identify optimal automation solutions, support implementation and ensure appropriate metrics and control mechanisms are in place to achieve sustainable gains. Collaborating with key business leaders, this position will deliver industry best practice in automation through effective project management and implementation and ensure alignment to Morgan Advanced Materials thinkSafe and continuous improvement culture.
