Education: High School Diploma or equivalent or AA degree
Minimal Qualifications:
- Prefer, but not required experience working with others in a team effort.
- Desire/interest to work/supervise/lead a class/lead a fieldtrip/explore the resources in El Dorado County while teaching adults about experiences and opportunities available to them.
- Prefer, but not required knowledge of health/safety practices
- Prefer, a responsible person who can lead/train/teach people with a positive communication style
- A quick learner who is able to take and give direction with ease & kind respect that enjoys working with people.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid California Driver’s License – Class C
- DMV and Department of Justice Clearance
- COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster
Role and Responsibility
- Provide direct training on skills and work behaviors to clients individually and in groups.
- Document training goals, progress and services
- Monitor and ensure behaviors and work performances meet safety, quality and customer related requirement or commitment.
Position Availability: Hiring NOW - Immediately start out Part-time, if successful , can lead to Full-time with great benefits
Salary: Minimum Wage, or if experienced, negotiable
