Moody's Career is Hiring a Remote Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate, under the direction of the Head of Marketing, will assist with strategic projects and provide support to the Digital Insights marketing team. As part of a cross-functional workflow, the main objective of this role is to support brand awareness, content marketing, and lead generation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage and produce various corporate and cross-product marketing content including website, marketing brochures, emails, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Copywriting support for marketing assets, including emails, social media, advertising, marketing collateral, award submissions, etc.
  • Interact directly with subject matter experts, product, and sales functions within the operating unit to ensure marketing efforts are aligned to overall business strategy goals.
  • Collaborate with Central Marketing team to execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally marketing complex enterprise software, financial services or analytics
  • Knowledge of and an aptitude for CRM (Salesforce preferable), marketing automation systems (Marketo preferable), Content Management Systems (AEM preferred), and Adobe Creative Cloud design applications required
  • Ability to manage multiple cross functional marketing projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb people skills with a proven track record of success interacting with colleagues in cross-functional teams
  • Track record of taking initiative and driving projects through to completion in a complex organization
  • Independent and creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to existing products
  • Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $53,800 to $88,650, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
