We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our corporate office in Washington, PA.. In this role you will support the operational needs of an Environmental and Engineering Consulting company focused on recruiting, HRIS administration, benefits administration and other duties as needed. This is a dynamic position with opportunities to be challenged, contribute to the company’s growth, interact routinely with internal clients and is designed to support your professional growth.

Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years relevant work experience with a BS degree in Business/Human Resources. PHR certification a plus. Any safety management experience is also a plus.
Candidate must be willing and able to meet the following requirements for the role:
- Periodic travel to all company offices, including Meadville, PA and Athens, PA.
- Successfully complete background and drug screen process.
- Valid state drivers license.
