We are looking for a skilled, resourceful, and collaborative Human Resources Generalist to join our team at our corporate office in Washington, PA.. In this role you will support the operational needs of an Environmental and Engineering Consulting company focused on recruiting, HRIS administration, benefits administration and other duties as needed. This is a dynamic position with opportunities to be challenged, contribute to the company’s growth, interact routinely with internal clients and is designed to support your professional growth.

Competencies: What We Are Looking For
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting to include job advertisement, interviewing, offer negotiations, background check, onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Participation in job fairs and creating a pipeline of graduates from Environmental Studies, Geology and Engineering programs.
- Experience managing employee data within an HRIS system, such as Paylocity.
- Experience working with an external benefits broker to manage and maintain the company benefits programs, including the management of our annual renewal process.
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills combined with the flexibility to work with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for providing outstanding internal service and response and to earn the confidence of company executive leadership, management and colleagues.
Requirements
Requirements
Ideal candidate should have at least 2 years relevant work experience with a BS degree in Business/Human Resources. PHR certification a plus. Any safety management experience is also a plus.
Candidate must be willing and able to meet the following requirements for the role:
- Periodic travel to all company offices, including Meadville, PA and Athens, PA.
- Successfully complete background and drug screen process.
- Valid state drivers license.
