Please join our team providing direct care for our Womens Health & Prevention Patients at our Breast Center located on the main campus of Montefiore Nyack Hospital, Nyack, NY. The NP provides direct care to patients and serves as a consistent care coordinator for our patients, assessing the physical, psychological, spiritual and social needs of the patient. Directs patients to the next appropriate service and tracks their progress. In collaboration with the Medical Director, provides health education, promotes wellness and performs a health assessment and physical examination of the breasts.
Qualifications
A Masters Degree in Nursing, Advanced Nurse Practitioner 2. Experience: Five years nursing experience, One year Nurse Practitioner preferred. 3. Training/Certification: Family Nurse Practitioner 4. Licensure: NYS Registered Nurse License 5. Other: Compassionate and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative among a team environment.
