Establishes policies, procedures, standards and objectives for providing Imaging Services to patients and meeting all regulatory requirements in a cost effective, quality manner in coordination with all other departments. Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the overall activities of the Radiology and Cardiology departments. Provides leadership skills that will motivate and empower employees to exceed patient and customer expectations. Responsible for implementation of an effective on-going program to monitor, evaluate and improve the quality and appropriateness of the delivery of services utilizing change management, project management and automation tools. The Manager will be a financial and operational resource having responsibility for hiring, maintaining accountability for and evaluating the performance of department managers and contract services

BS/BA-MS/MA preferred, Minimum 8 years administrative/management experience, Current license with New York State. Basic Life Support Certification by the American Heart Association, Registered by ARRT. Change management (Lean preferred), Must have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
