Requirements

• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is a must
• Experience servicing and maintaining sewer and septic systems
• Experience in carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, tape and texture, and paint
• Knowledge of landscaping maintenance including plant care and irrigation repair
• General knowledge and ability to trim branches/trees/shrubs
• Advanced ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and root causes
• Customer service focused
• Observant, contentious, respectful
• Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
• Mechanically inclined
• Self-starter
• Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
• Familiarity with maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws etc.
• Ability to manage a daily work log
• Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
