The Director of Western Region Commercial Strategy will operate as the Strategy business partner for the
Senior VP in the region. This role will be tasked with assisting in the development, communication, and
implementation of commercial strategies. The vision is to achieve the long-term strategic sales and distribution
plan for the Monster brand portfolio in support of the Company’s business objectives while considering the
competitive landscape and Bottling network. The objective is to grow volume, share and profits within the MEC
Bottling network for which the individual is responsible, while partnering and building strong relationships
internally and externally.

Possess an understanding of Monster Energy’s bottling partners
Tenured sales experience in a retail, broker, and distributor sales environment
Preferred experience with Coca-Cola and/or MEC distribution system
Pay Range : $100,000K - $155,800K
