Our practice is looking for a dynamic, friendly, outgoing receptionist. This position is full-time (30 hours/week) with benefits. Our receptionists answer the phones, check clients in and out, handle money and credit cards, make appointments, and take messages, among other duties. We are a fast-paced and thriving practice, so if you are able to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, this is the job for you. We also have Paws Inn next-door and our receptionists assist in answering phones and checking clients in and out at that location. There may be occasional work days in our Groveland office as well.
