Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Monex USA is looking for a bright, skilled and highly motivated Application Support Analyst to provide management and administration to in-house and customer facing software applications. Candidates should be a forward-thinking, troubleshooting wizard who stops at nothing to provide the best customer service. Our internal and external product users will depend on this individual for technical assistance to include triaging defects, identifying product solutions for evolving needs, and product training and documentation. The right candidate must possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
This role supports our internal and external software application users by resolving application-specific issues in a timely manner. This requires gathering enough detail from the reporter to analyze and diagnose a root cause or escalate to a higher tier within the application support team. Once complete this candidate communicates the issue and root cause to all necessary internal and external application users. They work with Product and Engineering in an agile fashion through the resolution of each issue, at which point they are responsible for closing the loop with all affected parties.

Salary is commensurate with experience. The annual salary range starts at $80,000 with a 10% annual bonus.
