Moley Industries is Hiring an Inside Sales Representative Near Lockport, NY

Join our growing company in Lockport, NY!The Inside Sales Representatives is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals by developing and maintaining customer relationships, creating positive customer experiences and coordinating equipment repair and servicing for assigned book of business. This includes supporting the Sales Territory Managers and staff in their daily and weekly sales activities and serving as an internal liaison for motor sales activities within and outside of the organization. Hours:Monday – Friday 8 am -4:30 pm Additional hours as business demandsDress Code: -Business casual-Personal protective equipment as job demands (hard hat, safety glasses and ear plugs)Essential Functions: -Creates customer quotes in conjunction with Territory Managers and processes orders for products, parts, repairs, and service.-Responsible for managing inventory levels, and lead times for submission to Purchasing for replenishments as required for the Electric Motor Division.-Supports sales to existing and new customers by working closely with Territory Managers, Shop Manager, Purchasing and Motor Technical staff. -Responsible for timely and accurate response to customer’s needs. Works with Shop and Territory Managers to find the right solution(s) to customer issues.-Acquires and maintains sound knowledge of all electric motors, pumps, gear drives and other associated products as well as repair capabilities.-Supports the Sales Team as necessary in tracking and providing accurate sales information for company management and customers.-Conducts cold calls, helps convert leads and generate new business by upselling and looking for opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.-Follow up on open quotes and repairs, to disposition (process as a sale or close). -Is responsible for receiving incoming support, service and troubleshooting phone calls or emails and as appropriate resolves issues or hands off to appropriate technical support.-Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, vendors and staff.-Responsible for carrying out all company goals and objectives, as it relates to this position. Other Job Duties: -All other job duties as assigned by management-Reliability and Attendance – begins work on time and conform to work hours and schedule. Unscheduled sick/personal time does not exceed established company standards.Requirements/Qualificatins/Experience: -Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience-Three years relevant sales or customer service experience-Self-starter who can maintain a positive attitude even during times of shifting and conflicting priorities.-Poised and calm under pressure, ability to seeing a task through to completion. -Strong verbal and written communication skills-Strong attention to details. Ability to consistently follow and adhere to a process and procedure, and influence others to do the same. If a process and procedure is not in place, has the ability to think through a process flow from start to finish, defining and codifying key steps for self and others to follow.-Experience with Microsoft software including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook-Integrity & honesty-Positive and open-minded approach to problem solving-Highly organized with very effective time management skills.-Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines-Able to respond to rapid change; organize, prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision-Able to work in a team and independentlyTo apply, please email direct apply.
