Perform administrative and office support activities for the Bates Industries Management team. General duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, reports and presentations and filing.
This position serves as backup to the Materials Manager. Duties include PO issuance, Production Order issuance, issue schedules, conduct daily production meeting, enter direct and indirect labor, order supplies or materials.
This position serves as backup to the Office Manager. Duties include contact with customers and invoicing.
Input and maintain the integrity of all labor hours input.
Coordinate weekly lab coat transactions, outgoing and incoming.
Oversee door card issuances and activations.
Maintain supply levels for Janitorial needs, office supplies, water deliveries, break and conference room sundries.
Provide complete support to the Bates Management Team.
Prepare and circulate reports and correspondence as required.
Notify management of any deviations or nonconformities encountered.
Assist with inventories and cycle counts as required.
