Mofi Distribution is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist Near North Las Vegas, NV

Mofi Distribution is a B2B distributor of premium home audio electronics, loudspeakers, music, and accessories. The company imports products from all around the world and distributes them to retailers ranging from family owned independent stores to national chains.

We have an opening for a full-time Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Las Vegas. The person in this position will be the primary technical support contact for our retailers and end consumers. The ideal candidate is a professional self-driven, goal oriented, problem solver that loves technology and working with people. We welcome military veterans.

Where: Las Vegas, NV
Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
Compensation: $45-50K salary dependent on qualifications, plus annual discretionary bonus

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supply customers (retailers and end users) technical product support via phone, email and chat.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and deliver solutions.
  • Provide electronic testing, some minor repair work and parts sales in support of customers/dealers equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the product development team in conducting sample reviews, testing reports, documentation review and manual reviews.
  • Participate in monitoring and answering inquiries through a technical forum.
  • Create knowledge base articles for our tech support knowledge base.
  • Admin ZenDesk customer support ticketing.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 Years Customer Service Experience
  • Ability to demonstrate technical aptitude, troubleshooting, and writing ability
  • Knowledge of networking including advanced router configurations.
  • Interest in the technical industry and products (IoT, Smart Home, Networking, Home Theater, etc.)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Products and ZenDesk or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
