We are looking for an Information Technology (IT) Technician to guide, install and troubleshoot all computer systems and programs. You’ll be working with like-minded peers to ensure smooth operation, timely responses, and maintenance of the IT department. What you’ll do: Install and configure hardware and software components Repair or replace damaged hardware Upgrade systems to enable compatible software Install and upgrade patches as needed Test and evaluate new technology Provide feedback on the software, hardware, and networking issues Troubleshoot hardware and software issues IP telephone setup and configure What you’ll need: ModFire and ModGrit Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task while remaining organized under deadlines Skilled in software installations Experience troubleshooting systems and Wi-Fi Connectivity Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Windows 10 or 11, and Office 365 1-2 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Familiar with a range of software and hardware Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk may be required Ability to lift 30 pounds if needed Who you are: Results driven, team-oriented, customer and crew member-centric, and have the ability to think on your feet. Confident: I project a professional image and positive energy.
