Carefinders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist responsible for ensuring all quality tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately, timely, and within accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable state/federal regulations. You will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.

You will... 

• Review, track, trend & follow up on all Performance Improvement initiatives.
• Review, track, trend & follow up on all Complaints (Employee, Client, External, etc.)
• Track all COVID patents & employees. Report out daily on COVID activity. Submit reports through Forms.com for employees.
• Assist with Satisfaction Surveys. Prepare the form that is used for the survey & analyze all results that are received.
• Review all Customer Service issue emails and triage appropriately. Maintain Customer Service log.
• Prepare all PPTs for PQI Meetings & analysis for Compliance Committee.
• External MLTSS Reporting for Critical Incidents in NJ.
• Assist with documentation preparation for external responses.

We are excited to speak to someone with the following… 

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or Operations Management or equivalent experience
• 2 years of quality assurance experience
• 2 years of previous home care experience
