Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Modernistic's Grand Rapids location is currently looking for a full-time Dispatcher to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal Dispatcher candidate thrives under pressure, excels in a fast-paced environment, and has exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch same-day service requests
• Problem solve same-day field issues
• Manage emergency response requests
• Communicate same-day capacity/routing updates to Inside Sales
• GPS management
• Proactively route work orders for 5 days out
• Actively listen and address team inquiries and concerns
• Assist Inside Sales with incoming customer calls and scheduling

Requirements

• 1 year previous experience in customer service, logistics, or other customer focused fields
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Office and other standard applications
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a smile that can be heard through the phone
• Accurate, organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Geographical knowledge of the state of Michigan is a plus
• Advanced problem solving skills is a plus
• Ability to work some weekends
