Primary Responsibility:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide positive and helpful interactions with our customers. Although this is a sales position, we do not believe in or use high pressure sales tactics. We have a strong emphasis on doing right by direct and wholesale customers. We do not focus on simply creating as much revenue as possible. As such, the ideal candidate will provide customers with valuable information and accurate recommendations for the product that best fits their needs. In short, this is not a position that uses high pressure or scripted business interactions. If you are a friendly individual who enjoys connecting with people on a personal basis, you will do well in this job.
This position is for you If you are the type of person who has great sales and people skills, but does not enjoy using them to push people towards products they don’t need. In this role, people come to us with a problem and we provide a solution that provides peace of mind. Customer interactions are consistently positive.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Being a smaller company a team member will often wear “multiple hats” and must have the ability to “think outside of the box.” This being said, we are a growing company with significant opportunities for employee advancement. This position offers the ability to transition into a position with higher level responsibilities if desired. That being said, if you need a position that requires heavy supervision this may not be a good fit for you.
